When I first heard about Blue Sunday, I was an instant fan. I’ve long been searching for a way to raise awareness for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) during the month of May (ME/CFS awareness month) but I’m always at a loss as to how to do it. I wanted something fun that people would actually enjoy participating in. But it needed to do the work too- ME drastically affects millions of people worldwide and most people don’t even know it exsists. Blue Sunday is a great way to organize a fun event and still get the word out. Win, win in my opinion.
