Here’s #2 in my 4 part color scheme study. This time it was a triad theme, with black and white allowed (thank goodness- that green thing was pretty intense!).
Again, I blocked it in and worked in the polka dots…
This time, however, I hated how it was looking… So, as shown below, I went back to that whole blocking in stage!
Much better… worked in the polka dots again..

And finally added some glazes in after it dried to intensify the colors and add variety to the dots.
