Here I am trying to paint like Alvaro Castagnet. Ha! He makes it look so easy. I even tried to paint along with one of his DVDs (not this painting, a different one) and what I got was very different than what he got! Oh well. I did learn a lot about washes from him and love his bold use of color- that’s hard to find in watercolor. I guess in the end it was still good to try!
